OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CULTURAL SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the Performing Arts Division has booked three additional
shows which will generate revenue in the amount of $54,000 in 1985; and
WHEREAS, these funds are needed to pay the costs of the same shows.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Cultural Services and Facilities Fund the sum of Fifty Four Thousand
Dollars ($54,000) for expenditure in the Cultural Services and Facilities
Fund for an additional three shows booked by the Performing Arts Division.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of November, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for
final passage on the 19th day of November, A.D. 1985.
