OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES IN THE
SOUTHRIDGE GREENS SINKING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, debt service on the Southridge Greens Bond Anticipation Notes
will total $313,500 in 1985; and
WHEREAS, no appropriations were included in the 1985 Budget for such
payment; and
WHEREAS, the Southridge Greens Sinking Fund has prior year reserves
available for appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from prior year
reserves in the Southridge Greens Sinking Fund the sum of THREE HUNDRED
THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($313,500) for debt service.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of October, A.D. , 1985, and to be presented for
final passage on the 15th day of October, A.D. , 1985.
