OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 95-18(C)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE DETERMINATION OF STORM DRAINAGE
UTILITY FEES
WHEREAS, Section 93-18 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins provides
for the determination of rates and the establishment of storm drainage
utility fees by the Director of Public Works ; and
WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that Section 93-18(C) of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be amended to adjust the base rate for the
storm drainage utility fee; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that it
is in the best interests of the citizens of the City that the aforesaid
adjustments be established accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That Section 93-18(C) (1) and Section 93-18(C) (2) of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be repealed and reenacted to read as
follows:
93-18. Determination of storm drainage utility fee.
C. (1) The operations and maintenance base rate (0 and M base rate)
shall be $0.000384 per square foot per month for all areas
of the city.
(2) The capital improvements base rate (capital base rate) shall
be as follows:
