OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 112-70D(3)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PAYMENT IN-LIEU-OF WATER RIGHTS
AND DECREASING THE AMOUNT OF SAID PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fort Collins that Section
112-70(D) (3) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same
hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the amount 11,000.00" and by
substituting therefor the amount "$800.00" ; and, by deleting the amount
10.49" and by substituting the amount 10.31" .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of June, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of July, A.D. 1987.
