OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR
YEAR RESERVES IN THE GOLF FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate prior year reserves at any time
such reserves are available; and
WHEREAS, the Golf Board has recommended the renovation of the existing
City Park Nine Clubhouse building and the construction of a new maintenance
and golf car storage building; and
WHEREAS, final and construction phase architectural and engineering
services on the project will cost THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($35,000) ;
and
WHEREAS, funds for architectural and engineering services are
available in the Golf Fund Surcharge prior year reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure, from prior year
surcharge reserves in the Golf Fund, the total sum of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS (E35,000) for architectural and engineering services in connection
with the renovation of the existing City Park Nine Clubhouse building and
the construction of a maintenance and golf cart storage building.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of April , A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of May, A.D. 1987.
