OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 78-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
_ RELATING TO UNREASONABLE NOISE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
78-1 of the Code of the City be amended as follows:
§78-1. Unreasonable noise prohibited.
No person shall make, continue or cause to be made or
continued any unreasonable noise and no person shall knowingly
permit such noise upon any premises owned or possessed by such
person or under such person's control . For purposes of this
section, members of the Police Department are empowered to make a
prima facie determination as to whether a noise is unreasonable.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of April , A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of May, A.D. 1987.
