HomeMy WebLinkAbout063 - 05/05/1987 - ELIMINATING A ZONING CONDITION RESTRICTING THE USE OF PORTION OF KEENLAND ANNEXATION TO PROFESSIONAL ORDINANCE NO. 63 , 1987 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ELIMINATING A ZONING CONDITION RESTRICTING THE USE OF A PORTION OF THE KEENLAND ANNEXATION TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICES WHILE MAINTAINING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONDITION ON THE PROPERTY WHEREAS, in 1980 the Council of the City of Fort Collins zoned the Keenland Annexation as B-P, Planned Business District with a condition that limits development of the property to professional office uses; and WHEREAS, the owners of 3.76 acres located in the Keenland Annexation have requested that their property be rezoned to eliminate the condition which limits development of the property to professional office uses; and WHEREAS, on March 23, 1987, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the request with the condition that the property remain in the B-P district and be developed as a planned unit development; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property, Richard L. and Linda D. Rule, understand and concur with the elimination of the condition which limits the development of the property to professional office use and the new condition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Ordinance No. 112, 1980 be, and it hereby is, amended as follows: Section 1 . That the zoning condition which limits development of the 3.76 acres within the Keenland Annexation owned by Richard L. and Linda D. Rule to professional office uses is eliminated. Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the property being developed as a planned unit development. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 21st day of April , A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of May, A.D. 1987.
