HomeMy WebLinkAbout062 - 05/19/1987 - ZONING SERVICE CENTER FOURTH ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 62 , 1987 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE CENTER 4TH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Service Center 4th Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the RC, River Corridor, Zoning District: The Service Center 4th Annexation is described as follows: A tract of land situated in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Considering the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of Section 2 as bearing N 90°00'00" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 2; thence N 90000'00" E 815.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 11°32' 13" E 421.25 feet; thence S 11°32' 13" E 421.25 feet; thence N 00000'00" E 400 feet; thence N 90°00'00" E 6.50 feet, thence N 00000'00" E 392.00 feet: thence N 90°00'0" E 330.00 feet: thence S 00000'00" E 226.88 feet; thence S 66019'00" E 54.6 feet; thence N 00000'00" E 446.81 feet; thence N 90°00'00" W 50.00 feet, thence N 00°00'00" E 276.00 feet: thence N 90°00'00" W 530.00 feet; thence S 00000'00" W 276.00 feet; thence S 90'00'00" W 130.00 feet; thence S 00°00'00" W 600.29 feet; thence S 65019'00" E 170.59 feet; thence S 00000'00" W 318.47 feet to the true point of beginning. The above described tract of land contains 10.7404 acres more or less. Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins. Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
