OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS
OF DRAKE LANDING P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all rights-of-way and easements located at Drake Landing P.U.D.
set forth in particular below; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property submitted a new plat of the Drake
Landing P,U.D. , which will be known as Hampshire Square P.U.D. and which
entirely replats the area; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1986, the Planning and Zoning Board approved
the Hampshire Square P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, all utility companies have been contacted and have no
objection to the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
not be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all rights-of-way and easements located on the plat of Drake
Landing P.U.D. set out more particularly as follows, to wit: ,,.
Drake Landing, P.U.D., located in the Southeast Quarter of
Section 21 , Township 7 North , Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , City
of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, containing 9.11 acres
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 20th day of January, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
fimil passage on the 3rd day of February, A.D. 1987.
