OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE LIBRARY GRANTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the Gannett Foundation has contributed $6,000 to support the
Fort Collins Literacy Coalition through 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Library Grants Fund the sum of SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000) for support of
the Fort Collins Literacy Coalition.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of February A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of February, A.D. 1987.
