OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 114
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REGARDING SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 114-2 (Amendments) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 1 . Section 114-2A is amended to set out the following
additional amendment to the provisions of the Model Traffic Code, in
numerical sequence with previous amendments:
Section 20-11, "When permits required for parades or processions, " is
deleted.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 17th day of March, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of April , A.D. 1987.
