OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING MONEY FROM THE STREET OVERSIZING FUND AND
THE WATER FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR
THE CITY COSTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
IN OAKRIDGE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 91
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1987, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted the Creation Ordinance for OakRidge Special Improvement District
No. 91 ("SID No. 91") ; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to participate in certain street, water &
sewer and storm drainage oversizing construction in SID No. 91 ; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the City Council to transfer unexpended, appropriated
amounts from one fund to another or from one project to another upon the
recommendation of the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND AND EIGHT DOLLARS
($153,008) is hereby appropriated for transfer from existing appropriations
in the Street Oversizing Fund to the Capital Projects Fund and appropriated
for expenditure in the Capital Projects Fund for Special Improvement
District No. 91 .
Section 2. That FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR DOLLARS
($15,504) is hereby appropriated for transfer from existing appropriations
in the Water Fund to the Capital Projects Fund and appropriated for
expenditure in the Capital Projects Fund for Special Improvement District
No. 91 .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 16th day of February, A.D. 1988.
