HomeMy WebLinkAbout030 - 04/02/1985 - ZONING FOSSIL CREEK THIRD ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 30 , 1985 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIY--F FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOSSIL CREEK THIRD ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Fossil Creek Third Annexation to the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, in the B-P, Planned Business District: The Fossil Creek Third Annexation is described as follows : Commercial Envelopes "A" and "B, " parts of Fossil Creek Parkway and the Frontage Road in Fossil Creek Meadows, 1st Filing and part of U.S. Highway No. 287 all situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, and in Section 2, Township 6 North , Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado which considering the West line of the said Southwest 1/4 as bearing N 00°48' 47" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is more particularly described as follows ; Begin at a point on the West line of the said Southwest 1/4 which bears S 00°48' 47" W 459.76 feet from the West 1/4 corner of said Section 1 and run thence S 89°48' 34" E 576.28 feet ; thence S 00°48'47" W 405.42 feet ; thence S 39001 ' 54" W 86.44 feet ; thence S 71023 ' 43" W 291 . 52 feet ; thence S 46011 ' 22" W 275.02 feet ; thence N 89' 11 '23" W 101.99 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 287; thence along said West line, N 00°49' 17" E 756.64 feet ; thence S 89048' 34" E 49.79 feet to the point of beginning containing 8.5670 acres more or less . Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins . Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 19th day of March A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final passage on the 2nd day of April A.D. 1985.
