OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-7F FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City will be receiving a $216,000 Section 9A UMTA Grant;
and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to purchase two buses and
office automation equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unantici-
pated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($216,000) for two buses and office automation equipment.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of February, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19thday of March A.D. 1985.
