The City Council of the City of Fort Collins , Colorado, held
a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, at 300 LaPorte Avenue,
Fort Collins , Colorado 80521 , on Tuesday the 19th day of
February, 1985 , at the hour of 6 : 30 P.M.

The following persons were absent:

Councilmember Stoner introduced the following
Ordinance , which was read by title, copies of the full Ordinance
having been available in the office of the Citv Clerk at least
forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time said Ordinance was
introduced for each Councilmember and for inspection and copying
by the general public.

ORDINANCE NO. 22 1985
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CCR.RECTION OF AN ERROR IN
ORDINANCE NO. 161 , 1984 PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE.
OF CITY OF FORT COT LINS , COLORADO, INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPP-IENT
REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1984A RI1-D SERIES 1984B (THE DIXON
ASSOCIA-TES PROJECT) .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has
adopted Ordinance No. 161 , 1984 (the "Ordinance") , authorizing
the issuance of City of Fort Collins , Colorado, Industrial
Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1984A and Series 1984B (the
Dixon Associates Project) (the "Series 1984A Bonds" ) ;
WHEREAS , at the time of adoption of the Ordinance all
parties to the transaction_ intended for the repayment of the
Series 1984A Bonds to be in forty-six equal semi-annual payments
commencing June 1 , 1992 , and ending December 1 , 2014;
WHEREAS , the portion of the Ordinance specifying the form of
the Series 1984A Bonds contained a typographical Error in the
repayment schedule;
WHEREAS , Section 5 . 3 of the Ordinance provides that the
Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to make changes to
correct such errors;
WHEREAS , the Series 1984A Bonds issued on December 21 , 1984
were issued in the form as hereinafter corrected by this
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, all initial purchasers of the Series 1984A Bonds
have consented to the hereinafter specified change in form of the
Series 1984A Bonds .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS :
That Section 2 . 2 of Ordinance No . 161 , 1984 is hereby
amended so that subparagraph (a) on page 7 thereof reads as
follows :
(a) The principal of this Bond shall mature and
be repayable in forty-six equal semiannual installments
of on June 1 and December 1 , of each year,
commencing on June 1 , 1992 , with final maturity on
December 1 , 2014 .
All other terms contained in the Ordinance and in the form of the
Series 1984A Bonds are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 19th day of February, 1985 , and to be
presented for final passage on the 19th day of March, 1985.

Councilmember Stoner moved that the foregoing
Ordinance heretofore introduced and read by title be approved on
first reading. Councilmember Elliott seconded the
motion.
The question being the approval on first reading of the
Ordinance, the roll was called with the following results:

The F'ayor thereupon declared that, a majority of the
Councilmembers present having voted in favor thereof, the motion
was carried and the Ordinance dull> approved on first reading.
Thereupon the Mayor ordered said Ordinance published once in
full together with a notice giving the date when said Ordinance
will be presented for final passage in The Coloradoan, a
newspaper of general circulation published in the City, at least
seven (7) days before presentation for final passage.
After consideration of other business to come before the
Council, the meeting was adjourned.

The Mayor informed the Council that Ordinance No. 22 -
1985, which was introduced, approved on first reading, and
ordered published once in full at a regular meeting of the
Council held on February 19, 1985, was duly published in The
Coloradoan, a newspaper of general circulation published in the
City, in its issue of February 24 , 1985.
Councilmember Clarke then read said Ordinance by its
title.
Thereupon, Councilmember Clarke moved the final
passage of Ordinance No. 22 , 1985 , and the question being
upon the final passage of said Ordinance , the roll was called
with the following results:
Councilmembers voting "AYE" : Gerald C. Horak
E. John Clarke
withdrawn
Larry Estrada
Ed Stoner
Kelly Ohlson , Assistant Mayor

The Mayor thereupon declared that a majority of the

number and title only together with a notice of the final passage

circulation published in the City, within five (5) days after
said final passage.
