OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24, 1986
CONCERNING THE DATE OF FIRST INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS
ON THE LEMAY/HARMONY SID #78 PHASE II
WHEREAS, on March 4, 1986, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted Ordinance No. 24, 1986, which ordinance assessed the cost of
improvements in the Lemay/Harmony Special Improvement District No. 78,
Phase II ; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance was adopted without an accurate and complete
date which designates the due date of the first assessment installment for
the district; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Ordinance No. 24, 1986 so that it
contains accurate information upon which the City can bill the assessment
installments for SID #78, Phase II .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 2 of Ordinance No. 24, 1986 be amended to read as
follows:
Section 2. All assessments made herein shall be due and payable
within thirty (30) days after the final publication of this ordinance,
without demand, provided that all such assessments may, at the election of
the owners of the property assessed, be paid in 12 equal principal
installments, the first installment being due on the 1st day of January,
1988, and on the 1st day of January of each year thereafter until the full
amount thereof has been paid, together with interest on the unpaid
principal at the rate of 10.77535% per annum, said interest to be payable
at the time of the principal payments.

published this 3rd day of November, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th day of November, A.D. 87
