HomeMy WebLinkAbout013 - 02/03/1987 - ZONING WEST LAPORTE AVENUE SIXTH ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 13, 1987 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES APPROXIMATELY 1 .866 ACRES OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST LAPORTE AVENUE 6TH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including a portion of the property known as the West LaPorte Avenue 6th Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-E", Estate Residential District: That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, T 7 N, R 69 W of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 30 feet North and 100 feet West of the Southeast corner, of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, thence North 264 feet, thence West 65 feet, thence South 264 feet, thence East 65 .feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains .395 acres more or less. Section 2. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including a portion of the property known as the West LaPorte Avenue 6th Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-L-P", Low Density Planned Residential District: A tract of land situated in the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 69 of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado. Considering the south line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 9 as bearing N 89°39' 15" W, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 9 as bearing N 89°39' 15" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 9; thence N 89°39'15" W 1616.08 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 00°02'45" E 30.00 feet; thence S 89°39' 15" E 210.53 feet; thence N 00°02'45" E 264.00 feet; thence N 89°39' 15" W 239.45 feet; thence S 00°59' 15" E 114.08 feet; thence N 89°39'15" W 100.00 feet; thence S 00°59' 15" E 180.00 feet; thence S 89°39' 15" E 128.97 feet to the true point of beginning. EXCEPT That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, T 7 N, R 69 W of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 30 feet North and 100 feet West of the Southeast corner, of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, thence North 264 feet, thence West 65 feet, thence South 264 feet, thence East 65 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 1 .471 acres more or less. Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
