HomeMy WebLinkAbout126 - 09/15/1987 - ZONING EAST VINE DRIVE EIGHTH ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 126, 1987 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE EAST VINE DRIVE 8th ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the East Vine Drive 8th Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "C", Commercial , Zoning District: A tract of land situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado. Considering the South line of said Section 6 as bearing N 88015'16" E and all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 6; thence N 88°15'16" E 285.00 feet; thence N 00°02'44" W 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 88015' 16" E 500.01 feet; thence N 00°02'44" W 425. 17 feet; thence S 89°57' 16" W 499.79 feet; thence S 00°02'44" E 440.05 feet to the true point of beginning. The above described tract of land contains 4.964 acres more or less. Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins. Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 1st day of September, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final passage on the 15th day of September, A.D. 1987.
