OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
WILLIAMS ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the area to be annexed is solely owned by the City of Fort Collins
and is not solely a public street or right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Council has found and determined and does hereby find and
determine that it is in the best interests of the City to annex said area to the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
Section 1 . That the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 18,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , and in the
Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North
line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 18 as bearing N
89°04'47" E, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Northwest
corner of said Section 18 and run thence S 00°24'47" W 175.00 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence S 89°56'13" E 212.47 feet;
thence S O1°27'11" W 116.76 feet; thence S 14°20' 13" W 141 .18 feet;
thence S 88°54'53" W 50.38 feet; thence N 59°40'41" W 143.55 feet;
thence N 57°47'33" W 44.91 feet; thence N 37°34'28" W 99.99 feet;
then = N 21°01 '52" W 84.83 feet; thence S 89°56' 13" E 129.15 feet
to t;._ point of beginning.
Containing 1 .4100 acres;
be, and hereby is, annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said
City, to be known as the Williams Annexation.
Section 2. That, in annexing said property to the City, the City does not
assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains, sewer lines,
gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities
in connection with the property hereby annexed except as may be provided by the
ordinances of the City.
Section 3. That the City hereby consents, pursuant to Section
37-45-136(3.6) , C.R.S. , to the inclusion of said property into the Municipal
Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 16th day of April , A.D. 1991, and to be presented for final passage on the
7th day of May, A.D. 1991 .
