OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING TWO POWER LINE AND RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS
IN THE PINNACLE P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate two power line and right-of-way easements in the Pinnacle P.U.D. ,
set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the removal of an existing building on the site has
alleviated the need for these easements; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain power line and right-of-way easements in the
Pinnacle P.U.D., set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width with the center line
described as follows: Beginning at a point 149 feet West of the
Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
thence South 235.00 feet to the end point.
Said Power line and right-of-way easement as recorded in Book
1324, Page 411, in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of
Larimer County, Colorado.
AND
A strip of land 6.00 feet in width with the center line described
as follows: Beginning at a point 149 feet West of the Northeast
corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 24,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., thence South
235.00 feet to the end point.
Said Power line and right-of-way easement as recorded in Book
1324, Page 412, in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of
Larimer County, Colorado.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 15th day of April , A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of May, A.D. 1986.
