OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 114-2 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE MODEL TRAFFIC CODE
FOR COLORADO MUNICIPALITIES, 1977 EDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
§114-2 (Amendments) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 114-2(A) is amended to set out the following deletions of
provisions of the Model Traffic Code, in numerical sequence with previous
amendments:
Sections 17-2, 17-3, 17-4, 17-5, 17-7, 17-8 and 17-9 relating to
licensing of bicycles are deleted.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of April , A. D. 1986 and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of May, A. D. 1986.
