OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of th City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Council to appropriate revenue at ny time during
the year in which such revenue is received and to trarydfer appropriated
amounts from one project to another project ; and /
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reconstruct th/pav ent on Mason Street
from Laurel Street to Mountain Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive funds from tal Aid Urban System
( FAUS) which , by contract , will fund 78he Mason Street
Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, the remaining 22% in City /funds required, $50,000 is
available in the 1986 Street Rehabilitatigh Capital Project and $53,664
will be requested for inclusion in the 1987 Capital Project appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated
revenue from the Federal Aid Urbo System for expenditure in the Capital
Projects Fund, the total sum of/THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS ($336,336) for the Mason Street Reconstruction
Project.
Section 2. That the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized in the Capital ojects Fund:
