OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS IN CIMARRON PLAZA P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all easements and rights-of-way on the original plat of Cimarron
Plaza P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, a replat of this area which rededicated the easements in the
revised locations was approved on November 18, 1985 by the Planning and
Zoning Board; and
WHEREAS, this approved site plan did not replat the rights-of-way for
Shields, Drake, and Raintree Streets, therefore, it is recommended that
only the easements on the original plat be vacated; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacation if only the easements are vacated; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements located on the original plat of Cimarron Plaza
P.U.D. be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 18th day of March, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of April , A.D. 1986.
