OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS BEING A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Chapter
118 (Zoning) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended as
follows:
Section 1. That within Section 118.11 , the definition of "DWELLING
ONE-FAMILY" is repealed and readopted as follows:
§118-11. Definitions.
DWELLING , ONE-FAMILY - A det-ache+ building
apran e4,-designed--&"-4aUended-to--0e occupied by
not more than one (1) family and which has not more
than one (1) kitchen and not less than one (1)
bathroom.
Section 2. That within Section 118-11 , the definition of "FAMILY" i
repealed and readopted as follows:
§118-11. Definitions.
FAMILY - An individual or two (2) or more persons
related by blood or marriage or an unrelated group
of not more than three (3) persons living together.

Section 3. That within Section 118-11, the definition of "MOBILE
HOME" is adopted, to be placed in alphabetical order within said section,
as follows:
§118-11. Definitions.
MOBILE HOME - A TRANSPORTABLE, SINGLE-FAMILY
DWELLING UNIT BUILT ON A PERMANENT CHASSIS WITH
ATTACHED UNDERCARRIAGE CONSISTING OF SPRINGS,
AXLES, WHEELS, AND HUBS, AND WHICH IS SUITABLE FOR
YEAR-ROUND OCCUPANCY AND CONTAINS THE SAME WATER
SUPPLY, WASTE DISPOSAL AND ELECTRICAL CONVENIENCES
AS IMMOBILE HOUSING. A MOBILE HOME IS DESIGNED TO
BE TRANSPORTED ON STREETS TO THE PLACE WHERE IT IS
TO BE OCCUPIED AS A DWELLING UNIT AND MAY OR MAY
NOT BE ATTACHED TO A PERMANENT FOUNDATION.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of March, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of April , A.D. 1986.
