OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
TRANSPORTATION FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive $41,600 in grant funds from the Urban
Mass Transportation Administration; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used in conjunction with City funds to
purchase a spare bus engine , enlarge turning radii at selected
intersections, and prepare a handicapped accessibility study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Transportation Fund the sum of FORTY-ONE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($41,600) to purchase a spare bus engine,
enlarge turning radii at selected intersections, and prepare a handicapped
accessibility study.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of November A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of December, A.D. 1986.
