OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING SEVERAL SECTIONS OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS WHICH HAVE BEEN CONSOLIDATED
IN A REVISED CHAPTER 30
WHEREAS, upon the direction of the City Council , the staff is in the
process of recodifying the present City Code and as a part of
recodification obsolete provisions will be deleted, chapters will be
reorganized to facilitate use, and sections will be revised to conform to
present practices; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 185 , 1986, repeals and reenacts Chapter 30 of
the Code and in so doing corrects inconsistencies that presently exist in
the Code regarding the fund structure of the City as it is presently
maintained and reported; and
WHEREAS, this reenactment of Chapter 30 reorganizes and consolidates
the present Code provisions that pertain to fund structure and eliminates
the need for specific reference to those funds in the Code; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal those sections of the Code that
will now be codified as a part of Chapter 30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That Chapter 4A, Cemetery Fund, of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 2. That Chapter 5A, Community Services Fund, of the Code of
the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 3. That Chapter 5B, Communications Fund, of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 4. That Chapter 6, Conservation Trust Fund, of the Code of
the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 5. That Chapter 7A, Cultural Services and Facilities Fund, of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 6. That Chapter 27, Recreation Fund, of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 7. That Chapter 29A, Transportation Services Fund, of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 8. That Section 42-8, Perpetual Care Fund, of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 9. That Section 82-2, Parkland Fund, of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 10. That Section 93-9, Storm Drainage Fund, of the Code of
the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Section 11 . That Section 95-88, Street Oversizing Fund, of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 4th day of November, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of November, A.D. 1986
