OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to transfer unexpended, appropriated amounts
from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund contains appropriations totalling $33,330
for Handicapped Accessibility improvements to City buildings; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to transfer said appropriations to the Capital
Projects Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby authorized for transfer from the General Fund
to the Capital Projects Fund, and appropriated for expenditure in the
Capital Projects Fund, the sum of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY DOLLARS ($33,330) for Handicapped Accessibility improvements to City
buildings.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of January, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1986.
