OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified the need to develop local trip
generation data; and
WHEREAS, the City is receiving funds from the Colorado Department of
Highways P-L (Planning) Funds in the amount of $14,807 for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Transportation Fund the sum of Fourteen
Thousand Eight Hundred Seven Dollars ($14,807) for a local Trip Generation
Study.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of November, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of December, A.D. 1986.
