OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, implementation of the City' s new office automation system
involved the replacement of the Vydec word processing equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Vydec equipment has been sold to State Farm Insurance for
$2,000; and
WHEREAS, said funds will be used to cover operation and maintenance
costs associated with the new equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
General Fund the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) for operation and
maintenance of the City's office automation system.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of January, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1986.
