OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $21,674 from property owners
participating in the City's 1986 Sidewalk Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used in conjunction with City funds to
build new sidewalks and repair and replace damaged sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of TWENTY ONE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS ($21,674) for the 1986 Sidewalk
Maintenance Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of October, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of November, A.D. 1986.
