OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, penalty funds in the amount of $3,109 have been received from
Loveland Excavating Company in lieu of reconstructing the asphalt on Shire
Court in Sundering Townhomes P.U.D. to City standards; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used by the City for maintenance of this
street as the need arises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of THREE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS ($3,109) for future maintenance of the
asphalt on Shire Court in Sundering Townhomes P.U.D.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of October, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of November, A.D. 1 6.
