OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE WEST LAPORTE AVENUE 5TH ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the West LaPorte Avenue 5th
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-L-P," Low
Density Planned Residential District:
Tract of land situated in the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado.
Considering the south line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 9 as
bearing N 89°39'15" W, and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto: commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 9,
thence N 89°39' 15" W 2042.00' to the true point of beginning,
thence N 00°59'15" W 148.00' , thence N 89°39'15" W 100.00' ,
thence S 00°59' 15" E 148.00' , thence S 89°39' 15" 100.00' to the
true point of beginning.
The above described tract contains .271 acres more or less.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
pubi9shed this 20th day of January, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 3rd day of February, A.D. 19
