OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
STREET OVERSIZING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $30,293 were received from Wickes
Companies for improvements to Harmony Road and Mason Street adjacent to
Wickes Lumber; and
WHEREAS, these improvements will be made in conjunction with the
Street Oversizing work on Arbor Plaza Special Improvement District Number
88.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Street Oversizing Fund the sum of THIRTY
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE DOLLARS ($30,293) for improvements to
Harmony Road and Mason Street adjacent to Wickes Lumber.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 7th day of October, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of October, A.D. 1986.
