OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $12,475 were received from the
Community Development Block Grant during their fiscal year 1985-1986 which
have not been appropriated in the General Fund for the Senior Alternatives
in Transportation program (SAINT) ; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $5,822 have also been received from
donations, corporate gifts, and foundation grants for the SAINT program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the General Fund the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS ($18,297) for the SAINT program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 7th day of October, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of October, A.D. 1986.
