HomeMy WebLinkAbout108 - 10/01/1985 - APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FUND ORDINANCE NO. 108, 1985 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FUND WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received at any time during the year; and WHEREAS, Council has adopted Resolution 85-157, authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreements , the City will receive $5,000 from the Colorado Department of Highways to reimburse the City for services; and WHEREAS, these funds have been designated for the North Front Range Corridor Study. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000) in the Transportation Services Fund for the North Front Range Corridor Study. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 17th day of September, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final passage on the 1st day of October, A.D. 1985.
