OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to improve the Canyon Street intersection as
part of the Mason/Howes One Way Couplet project; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Timberline-Prospect to Harmony and
Bikeway capital project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized:
FROM: Timberline-Prospect to Harmony and Bikeway $85,200
TO: Mason/Howes One Way Couplet $85,200
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of September, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th day of September, A.D. 1985.
