OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS
FROM THE PARKLAND FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer unexpended, appropriated
amounts from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, funds have been appropriated in the Parkland Fund to pay for
street improvements adjacent to the Greenbriar Subdivision neighborhood
park site; and
WHEREAS, the Greenbriar Subdivision neighborhood park site is included
in the Special Improvement District No. 87; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to combine all the Special Improvement
District No. 87 costs in the Capital Projects Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY
THREE DOLLARS ($156,763) is hereby appropriated for transfer from the
Parkland Fund to the Special Improvement District No. 87 project in the
Capital Projects Fund for street improvements adjacent to the Greenbriar
Subdivision neighborhood park site.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of July, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of July, A.D. 1986.
