OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE ACCESS PORTION OF AN ACCESS AND
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE SHORES OFFICE PARK PUD
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned x x
to vacate an access and utility easement located at The Shores Office Park et �
P.U.D. , set forth in more particular below; and o

WHEREAS, the approved utility drawing for this P.U.D. indicates a six H c
inch (6") water main in this easement; and z

WHEREAS, because of this water main and Mountain Bell lines located in O y
the easement, staff recommends vacating only the access portion of the z H
easement; and o cn

WHEREAS, all other utility companies have been contacted and indicate z
no problems with the vacation; and z o
z
WHEREAS, a replacement access and utility easement has been dedicated z z
by the owners of The Shores Office Park P.U.D. and will be accepted by the o y
City at the same time this vacation ordinance is approved and adopted; and d y
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will d y
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation. ro

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT o
COLLINS that the access portion of an access and utility easement located n
in The Shores Office Park P.U.D. , set out more particularly as follows, to ro H
