HomeMy WebLinkAbout078 - 06/03/1986 - ZONING WEBSTER ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 78 , 1986 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEBSTER ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Webster Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-P" , Planned Residential Zoning District: WEBSTER ANNEXATION A tract of land situated in the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado. Considering the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 26 as bearing N 00027'30" W, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 26, thence N 00°27'30" W 452.00 feet; thence N 89°32'30" E 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 89°32'30" E 187.80 feet; thence N 00027'30" W 200.00 feet; thence S 89°32'30" W 187.80 feet; thence S 00°27'30" E 200.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. The above described tract contains .862 acres more or less. Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 20th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of June, A.D. 1986.
