HomeMy WebLinkAbout072 - 06/03/1986 - ZONING CONCRETE PRODUCTS COMPANY ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 72 , 1986 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE CONCRETE PRODUCTS COMPANY ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Concrete Products Company Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "B-P", Planned Business Zoning District: CONCRETE PRODUCTS COMPANY ANNEXATION A tract of land situated in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, considering the North line of said Section 11 as bearing N 90°00'00" E, and all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 11; thence N 90°00'00" E 1367.80 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence S 00*00100" E 450.00 feet; thence N 89019'20" E 1280.09 feet; thence N 00*00100" W 434.86 feet; thence N 90000'00" W 194.90 feet; thence S O1036'30" W 372.38 feet; thence N 65°25'00" W 894.75 feet; thence N 90°00'00" W 261.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. The above described tract contains 9.48 acres more or less. Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 20th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of June, A.D. 1986.
