OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS
IN LOT 2, FAIRVIEW SHOPPING CENTER, SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to
vacate all access, drainage and utility easements located in Lot 2 of
Fairview Shopping Center, Second Filing set forth in more particular below;
and
WHEREAS, on March 24, 1986 the Planning and Zoning Board approved a
replat of Lot 2, Fairview Shopping Center, Second Filing, alleviating the
need for the easements dedicated on the original plat; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacation of this easement; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all access, drainage and utility easements located in Lot 2 of
Fairview Shopping Center, Second Filing, set out more particularly as
follows, to wit:

Larimer County, Colorado.
be, and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 6th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage on
the 20th day of May, A.D. 1986.
