OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN THE BRIDGES P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to
vacate a portion of the utility easements located in Tract 2 of the Bridges
P.U.D. , set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, the portion to be vacated was originally intended for the
supply of natural gas which is no longer necessary as the developer has
opted for all -electric buildings; and
WHEREAS, an easement will be retained along the south and east sides of
Tract 2 for all other utilities; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacation of this easement; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of the utility easements located in Tract
2 of the Bridges P.U.D. , set out more particularly as follows, to wit:
A tract of land situate in Tract 2, The Bridges P.U.D. , First
Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins at a point which
bears S 08°00' W. 22.00 feet, and again S 18*50' W. 55.00 feet,
and again S 07*00' W 3.08 feet, and again N 83*00' W 8.00 feet
from the North east corner of said Tract 2, and run thence S
07*00' W 67.46 feet; thence S 41*15' W 54.02 feet; thence S 76*15'
W 58.00 feet; thence N 86°35'30" W 32.43 feet; thence N 65*40' W
111 .00 feet; thence along the arc of a 202.00 radius curve to the
left a distance of 8.48 feet, the long chord of which bears N
24028'20" E 8.48 feet; thence S 89027'30 E 75.69 feet; thence S
51003'35" E 74.33 feet; thence N 76'15' E 12.00 feet; thence N 41
15' E 113.57 feet; thence N 07*00' E 26.21 feet; thence S 83*00' E
7.00 to the point of beginning.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 6th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage on
the 20th day of May, A.D. 1986.
