HomeMy WebLinkAbout056 - 05/20/1986 - APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE BENEFITS FUND ORDINANCE NO. 56 , 1986 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE BENEFITS FUND WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received at any time during the year; and WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins established a new employee benefits plan in April of 1986; and WHEREAS, revenue generated by employee and employer contributions to the new employee benefits plan needs to be appropriated in order to pay insurance premiums. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unanticipated revenue in the Benefits Fund the sum of NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO DOLLARS ($97,942) for employee benefits. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final passage on the 20th day of May, A.D. 1986.
