OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE COMMUNICATIONS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the Communications Fund provides telephone services and will
purchase telephone equipment for various departments; and
WHEREAS, $164,600 in unanticipated revenue will be received from these
departments for services provided and equipment purchased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Communications Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($164,600)for expenditure in the Communications Fund to provide
telephone services and purchase telephone equipment for various
departments.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 6th day of May, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of May, A.D. 1986.
