OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Section 30-2A(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes City Council to transfer excess amounts from one account within
the Capital Projects Fund to another, so long as such excess amounts are no
longer required to satisfy the purpose of the account from which they are
being transferred; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to replace the bridge over Spring Creek on
Prospect Road; and
WHEREAS, excess funds are available in the Prospect-Timberline
Intersection project account, which funds are no longer needed to satisfy
the purpose for which said account was established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized:
FROM: Timberline & Prospect Intersection $71,550
TO: Replacement of Prospect Bridge Over
Spring Creek $71,550
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of September, A.O . 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th day of October, A.D. 1986.
