OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive an additional $116,000 of federal
Entitlement Grant funds for use in the 1986-1987 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Community Development Block Grant Fund the sum
of ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($116,000) for approved Community
Development Block Grant projects.

published this 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 16th day of September, A.D. 1986.
