OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS , the City has received $9 , 618 from property owners
participating in the annual sidewalk improvement program; and
WHEREAS, these funds are designated for the 1986 sidewalk program
which is now underway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IF ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects fund the sum of NINE THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ($9,618) for the 1986 Sidewalk Improvement
Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986 and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
