OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $16,304 from the Upland Industrial
Development Company per the Development Agreement dated August 23, 1984;
and
WHEREAS, these funds are for road improvements on Prospect Road
adjacent to Upland's Prospect Business Park that will be completed as part
of the Timberline and Prospect Intersection Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of SIXTEEN
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS ($16,304) for the widening of Prospect
Road adjacent to Upland's Prospect Business Park.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
