OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a grant from the State Highway
Department for $79,200 to replace the Oak Street bridge over Larimer County
Canal No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the required twenty percent matching funds were appropriated
by Ordinance No. 94, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of SEVENTY NINE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($79,200) for the replacement of the Oak
Street bridge over Larimer County Canal No . 2.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986 and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
