AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42, 1986 TO CORRECT
DATES OF INTEREST PAYMENT ON THE HARMONY TRUNK
SEWER SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 60
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City authorized the issuance of
Special Assessment Bonds for the Harmony Trunk Sewer Special Improvement
District No. 60 through the adoption of Ordinance No. 42, 1986, on April
15, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 42, 1986, incorrectly makes reference to the
first day of May and October for payment of semiannual interest on the
bonds; and
WHEREAS, the semiannual interest payments should be six months apart;
and
WHEREAS, the correct dates for payment of semiannual interest on the
bonds should be the first day of May and November;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all references to the first day of October contained in
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 42, 1986 be changed to read the first day of
November.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of August, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of September, A.D. 1986.
